If you notice any damage to the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@ascendlightings.com, then we will send a new item or refund of our choice.

If you received your product but does not match your order, we will give you a full refund or exchange for the same item. 

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.

All damaged goods, shortages or defects are to be reported to us within fourteen (14) business days after your shipment was received.

Items damaged due to customer abuse or neglect will not be considered for credit or replacement.

Original packaging is required for all returns.

Shipments refused or customer remorse returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight charges.  

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If it's past 30 days from your purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for the return of the item that does not match your order.

Please do not send the returned product back to the manufacturer, you should send us an email at info@ascendlightings.com to receive a return address and to get an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number to be referenced on the return ship label.

If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or your original method of payment that you use when placing your order. 

If you haven’t received a refund after 15 days as we mention in the email, first check with your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchange                                                                                                         

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ascendlightings.com to receive a return address.  We will refund whatever shipping costs you paid while placing your new order.  Depending on where you live, the time to receive your exchange item may vary.
